On the 22nd September we will be strolling from Bekesbourne to visit some of the nearby villages. The walk will start at Bekesbourne train station car park. From the car park we will make our way to Littlebourne taking advantage of some of the public footpaths that take us within sight of some of the animals at Howletts. From Littlebourne we will stroll alongside the River Bourne onto the idyllic village of Wickhambreaux and then via Seaton to Ickham and back to Bekesbourne. Along the way we will hear tales of dambusters, rock aristocracy and authors of famous spy stories.

🐾 Friendly dogs are welcome! Please ensure they're leashed when needed, especially around fields with livestock.

Before hitting the trail, make sure to pack:

👟 A - Suitable footwear (preferably walking boots or sturdy shoes, no flip-flops)

🌧️ B - A waterproof coat (and waterproof trousers, if you have them) for rainy days

💧 C - Drinking water and a packed lunch

💊 D - Personal medication (Let us know confidentially about any medical conditions)
