Description

The Centre for Confidence & Well-being is 20 yrs old on 2nd of Dec. Join us to commemorate and launch A Time of Hope on the Centre's story.

A celebration to mark 20 years of the Centre's first event, Scotland's Tipping Point, and the launch of a book on the history of the Centre beautifully produced by Argyll Publishing. A Time of Hope also includes Carol's new analysis of Scotland. Phil Hanlon, Carol Craig, Sue Palmer and others will speak and there will also be time for lots of discussion. Former First Minister, Jack McConnell (now Lord McConnell), who spoke at Scotland's Tipping Point, will also make a contribution.

Come and join us in the beautiful Oran Mor on the 2nd December - the public holiday for St Andrews Day. We don't need alcohol to celebrate and will be serving teas/coffees, shortbread and soft drinks.

(The £10 ticket price will be deducted from the purchase of the book priced £35.)
