Join artist and printmaker Georgie Fay and printing press 'Maya' for a relaxed day of printmaking at the Little Arts Hub in Galashiels. These hands-on sessions are for anybody wanting to learn a new skill, try something different, for artists or those with a creative itch that are feeling a little stuck and would like to get inspired again, or for those wanting to realise a project or technique and just need some space and guidance.

Beginners and experienced are all welcome (aged 14+).


The hope is that these sessions will build mometum and become a regular print club where people can come together and spend time printing and making art in an inclusive space. It will be a chance to come together and learn how to use the printing press to create your own works of art or develop your ideas and practice. We will experiment with different techniques as the club progresses but there is potential to try techniques such as; monoprinting, stencil monotype, drypoint, etching and collograph.


All materials and equpiment will be provided, just wear clothes you don't mind getting inky!
