About Changemaker Circles

Changemaker Circles are designed for people in the messy middle of organisations: those managing pressure from above, responsibility below, and complexity all around. They are for leaders who are tired of carrying a lot – often quietly and alone.

By helping leaders move beyond purely cognitive approaches towards a more connected form of leadership, Changemaker Circles enable leaders to become more agile and resilient in the face of complexity and constant change. Through participating in Changemaker Circles, leaders become more deeply aware of and connected to their body, other people and their purpose.

Each Changemaker Circle is a small, facilitated group where leaders bring real dilemmas, think collectively, and restore their capacity to lead with clarity and confidence. Through reflective dialogue, systems perspectives, and inquiry-led practice, participants build greater capacity for leadership while supporting one another.

In the Circle, leaders work with:
