James Morris-Manuel is the founder of Prolo.io, a transformative AI-driven procurement team that enables businesses to source construction materials, equipment, and hire at the best prices. Bringing extensive expertise and insight at the interception of tech and the built world, he previously built and successfully sold his start-up, Virtual Walkthrough, to Matterport, where he subsequently served as EMEA Managing Director and spearheaded their rapid growth.

 The Investor – Mike Bristow

Mike is an experienced business leader with a proven track record as CEO of fintech/proptech CrowdProperty, delivering >20x revenue growth, 7-figure profitability whilst scaling up, and a leading market position in the property development finance market.

The Lender – Johan Groothaert

Johan Groothaert has extensive experience in structured finance, including senior management roles at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and UBS. A Fulbright scholar, he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and was recognised by Risk Structured Products as one of ten global pioneers in the development of the structured products market. He founded Luxembourg Financial Group, later sold to UBS, and co-founded Fiduciam.

 The Promoter – AJ Shome

AJ Shome is a land promoter and Managing Director of Founthill Land, Planning and Development, with 14 years’ experience sourcing off-market land, unlocking planning value, and both trading and delivering development sites

 The Developer – Victoria Tsoy

Victoria Tsoy is an award-winning property developer and founder of Tsoy Ltd, with £35M GDV delivered to date and a £20M pipeline over the next 12 months. She is also the founder of Founders Room, where she mentors and supports the next generation of entrepreneurs, with a focus on sustainable, long-term development strategies and responsible growth.

 The Agent – Dominic Grace FRICS

Following a highly successful 37 year career at Savills, the FTSE 250 global real estate services provider, building a market leading London team specialising in residential development and investment, I am ultra well connected across the UK property arena. In 2021 I established my own advisory business to provide strategic corporate or project specific advice to UK and global organisations, including tech and innovation businesses, seeking insights and traction in the UK real estate market
