A two-day leadership development programme for leaders who want to deepen their awareness, expand their capacity, and lead with greater clarity, presence and systemic intelligence.
Why This Programme Matters
Leaders today are navigating unprecedented complexity. Rapid change, competing priorities, stretched teams and cultures under pressure are now the norm. Traditional leadership models are no longer enough. What is needed is a deeper way of seeing, sensing and responding. The Leadership Encounter is a research-informed, experiential programme that helps leaders reconnect with their inner and outer resources, expand their perspective, and develop the capacities required to lead in a more adaptive, human-centred and regenerative way.
What Participants Experience
Across two immersive days, participants will:
This is not a classroom. It is a leadership encounter that invites leaders to pause, sense, reflect and return to their work with greater coherence and capability. Explore the programme.
Who This Is For
Ideal for:
No prior experience of working with natural systems is required.
What Is Included
Why Natural Systems Coaching and Development
We support leaders and organisations to evolve from mechanical and transactional ways of working into living systems that are more adaptive, resilient and human-centred. Our work is grounded in research, psychology, systems thinking and decades of leadership development experience.
Special Reduced Fee
As this leadership encounter is being offered alongside an optional research study, we are able to offer places at a significantly reduced fee of £250. This fee covers the costs, with no facilitation fees being charged. You are invited to take part in the research component if you so wish. However, participation is entirely voluntary and the fee remains the same whether or not individuals choose to be involved in the research. This arrangement enables us to make the experience more accessible while exploring the impact of nature-based leadership development and reflective practice.
