All you need to bring is yourself, a towel and a bottle of water. There are showers available at the facility.
This is a session designed to affirm and to give you a taster of what to expect from a Hotpod yoga session. You do not need any prior experience. There is no pressure to push yourselves to perfection. It is show up and do what is comfortable for you.
