Join us for a day filled with learning and networking at our Kardia training event. The training days are for people who work with teenagers and would like to run an 8-week Kardia course in their own setting. You only need to attend one training day.
The day will equip and resource you to run a Kardia course which helps young people to tackle negative thinking patterns through teaching in neuroscience (brain structure and neuroplasticity) whilst also considering some key factors such as social media use and comparison. It also has the option of introducing the Christian faith.

The training day will run from 10am until approx 4pm with 2 comfort breaks and a longer break for lunch. Lunch is not provided, though tea and coffee will be.
The day is split into 4 sessions:
1. Neuroscience and faith
2. Reflection and self-awareness
3. Overview of the Kardia course
4. Practicalities of running a course
