Sunday Soundbath at Church House, Hitchin 🎶
Situated in the town centre, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful St Mary's Church.
Come and join us for a restorative, tranquil journey in a beautiful soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes and gentle tones. The soundbath itself will last about 45 minutes with 15 minutes to allow for a gentle awakening and refreshment if desired 🫶

All you need to do is lie back and allow the vibrations of sound to support deep relaxation and wellbeing.
