Dry-point and Carborundum
Learn dry-point, an intaglio technique creating rich, velvety lines by drawing into an acrylic plate. Combine with carborundum paste to create textured plates for added tonal effects. This combined approach produces atmospheric prints with strong contrasts and expressive marks.
Suitable for all levels - learn plate building, plate inking/wiping and press printing for unique, richly layered results.

Accessibility, the studio is situated on the 2nd floor via stairs, unfortunately, there is no lift in the venue. Toilets and kitchen situated on the same floor.
All materials/equipment are provided. Please bring an apron as it can get messy and a packed lunch (tea/coffee/biscuits provided on tap).
