Cake and connect is a meet up for women who wish to get creative and eat a bit of cake.
This particular meet up is slightly different. It is a casual meet up at Christchurch park earlier than usual to miss the hottest part of the day. Bring along your project that you have been putting off or meaning to finish, that crochet blanket that's more like a napkin, or knitted jumper with no sleeves, or art project that's gathered dust. Bring it along bring a chair if you wish, there will be blankets and a few cushions provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
I'll bring a cooler with some refreshments, Ice-lollies and Ice-creams to keep us cool while we enjoy the weather and each others company in Ipswich's most beautiful park.
Money from ticket sales goes towards refreshments and lollies.
